With more than 20 years in the mortgage industry, Teri brings experience from sales training, onboarding and origination to assist clients in financing their home. She listens to her clients to ensure she understands their current and future financial goals, then provides the appropriate mortgage options.
Teri knows the homebuying process can be complicated and understands how clients may face numerous and sometimes confusing decisions. Her goal is to ensure each client has the best experience by building and sustaining relationships with all parties involved and continuing to educate herself with product and industry changes. Her experience coupled with her patience and caring personality ensures her clients know she always has their best interest in mind and available to answer their questions.
Teri was born in Lake City and grew up with three older brothers, who still live in Lake City. She now lives in Middleburg with her husband Randy Powell and their Rottweiler Koda. Teri is a Road to Recovery Volunteer Coordinator for the American Cancer Society, where she helps patients with their transportation needs to get to their cancer treatments. She and her mom, Esther owned and operated a small business downtown Lake City for over 20 years. During her free time, she enjoys photography, drawing and painting.
She loves having the opportunity to work in her hometown and help people in the community.
